Return & Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange-only policy within 3 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please note that, as per our courier’s policy, opening the package upon delivery is not permitted.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Upon review, we will arrange an exchange.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Couriers do not handle cash refunds.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Shipping Fees

  • Exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
