At deframe, every piece is designed to be worn with intent.
If something isn’t right, we’ve kept our post-purchase process clear and straightforward.

Requesting an Exchange or Return

Eligibility Rules

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or missing tags will be rejected.

Additional conditions:

  • Each order allows one post-purchase request only
  • Mixed requests (exchange + return in the same order) are accepted only if submitted together

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • We do not reserve items or hold exchanges pending restocks
  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead

Returns & Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the item type
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection

Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during a sale or using a discount code are exchange-only
  • Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color, if available
  • Refunds for discounted items are issued as store credit only, if eligible, and are not permitted during a festive holiday
  • For bundle or promotional offers, all items must be returned together — partial returns are not accepted

International Orders

At this time, international orders are final sale.
We do not offer exchanges or returns outside Egypt.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping costs are covered by deframe only in cases of incorrect or defective items

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • We will cover all shipping costs and offer either:
    • a free exchange, or
    • a full refund — your choice

Important Notes

  • Packages sent without approval will not be accepted
  • Courier companies do not handle cash refunds
  • Opening packages upon delivery is not permitted by courier policy
